Job summary

Siemens Switzerland is seeking a Cybersecurity Business Manager to drive cybersecurity across the Product Portfolio Units in the Buildings unit. You will partner with the TU Product & Solution Security Officer and other experts to implement evolving security strategies in a global, matrix organization.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in cybersecurity.
• Proven cybersecurity roles across IT/OT and product security.
• Familiarity with regulatory landscapes and standards.

Responsibilities

• Drive cybersecurity strategies across the portfolio with security officers.
• Support product teams in translating regulatory and customer requirements.
• Monitor regulatory changes and participate in standards development.
• Assess cybersecurity risks and ensure governance and guidance.
• Drive cybersecurity services, processes, and regulations within the PU.
• Represent the PU in forums, committees and customer engagements.
• Coordinate awareness, training and incident handling activities.
