Job summary

Siemens Schweiz AG is seeking a seasoned cybersecurity professional to lead the implementation and evolution of cybersecurity strategies across its Product & Solution lifecycle. You will work with IT/OT teams and product teams to translate requirements, support certifications, and monitor regulatory changes.

The role requires 5+ years in cybersecurity, strong communication, and the ability to operate in a global matrix, with fluent English.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in cybersecurity.
Proven experience in cybersecurity roles across IT, OT, and/or product security; industrial automation/building tech/cloud apps is an advantage.
Good understanding of cybersecurity frameworks, risk management, and regulatory landscapes (IEC 62443, ISO27001, CRA, NIS2).
Demonstrated ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work cross-functionally in a global matrix organization.
Relevant cybersecurity certifications such as CISSP, CISM are a plus.
Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

Drive the implementation and evolution of cybersecurity strategies across the Portfolio.
Support product teams in translating regulatory, market, and customer cybersecurity requirements; assist with internal and external certification activities.
Monitor regulatory, legal, and strategic changes; participate in regulatory groups to represent the PU and align with standards.
Lead the governance and guidance on Cybersecurity within the PU, aligned with TU/BU security strategy.
Drive the implementation of Cybersecurity services, processes, and rules inside the PU.
Represent the PU in internal/external cybersecurity forums and customer engagements.
Oversee awareness and training activities in the PU; align with BU training coordinator.
Support coordination of incident & vulnerability handling activities in the PU.
