Badrutt's Palace Hotel St. Moritz Switzerland is seeking a Chef de Partie to join our luxury kitchen team for a fixed-term season. You will prepare, cook, and plate premium dishes within your station, maintaining exceptional quality and presentation.

The role requires professional culinary training, prior Chef de Partie experience in a luxury setting, and strong HACCP knowledge. Italian and English fluency is preferred. Accommodation and meals are provided, along with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Completed professional training as a Chef or equivalent qualification.
• Experience as Chef de Partie in luxury hotel or fine dining.
• Strong HACCP and food safety knowledge.
• Excellent organizational and presentation skills.
• Fluent in Italian and English.

Responsabilités

• Prepare, cook, and present high-quality dishes in your kitchen section.
• Ensure consistent quality through careful ingredient handling.
• Contribute to seasonal menus with creative ideas.
• Maintain HACCP-compliant hygiene, safety, and cleanliness.
• Collaborate with Executive/Sous Chefs and kitchen team for smooth operations.
• Assist in training and supporting junior kitchen staff.
• Manage your section with focus on quality and detail.
