Badrutt's Palace Hotel St. Moritz, one of Switzerland's iconic luxury hotels, seeks a Restaurant Manager to lead Le Grand Hall, our all-day dining venue.

You will oversee the service team, daily operations, and guest experiences, ensuring top-tier hospitality in a prestigious setting. You will collaborate with the Executive Chef and events team, recruit and develop staff, and contribute to budgeting and forecasting for the outlet.

Qualifikationen

• Experience leading a luxury restaurant or five-star hotel service team.
• Strong leadership to motivate and develop teams in a premium setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for guest experiences.
• Passion for luxury hospitality and personalised service at the highest standard.
• Strong organisational skills and commercial awareness in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English is essential; German or Italian preferred.

Aufgaben

• Lead the service team in Le Grand Hall, managing operations for one of our signature dining venues.
• Oversee daily restaurant operations including table allocation and guest flow for outstanding service.
• Create memorable guest experiences through warm hospitality and personalised service.
• Collaborate with Executive Chef, Bar team and other departments to maintain high standards of presentation and service.
• Recruit, develop and manage the service team to ensure engagement and performance.
• Collaborate with Events team to execute private functions and special occasions.
• Support management with operational reporting, cost analysis, budgeting and forecasting.
