Qualifikationen

• Completed vocational training in Freight Forwarding and Logistics.
• Experience in Seafreight preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

• Handle Seafreight Shipments (Export/Import/Crosstrade) from pick-up to delivery.
• Process inquiries and communicate with customers, shipping lines, authorities, and partners.
• Maintain files according to internal guidelines and prepare transport documents.
• Monitor on-time deliveries and handle claims or damages.
• Support process optimization and promote service excellence.
