Qualifikationen

3–4 years of proven experience in maritime/shipping logistics.
Strong knowledge of sea freight processes, port operations, and shipping documentation.
Excellent organizational skills; can manage multiple shipments and deadlines.
Fluent in English and Italian.
Team-oriented in a fast-paced operational environment.

Aufgaben

Coordinate international maritime shipments from departure to final delivery.
Liaise with freight forwarders, shipping agents, ports, and suppliers; ensure accurate documentation.
Manage shipping documents (invoices, packing lists, certificates).
Monitor cargo readiness and equipment availability; mitigate disruptions.
Handle delays, shortages, or routing changes with speed.
Ensure compliance with customs regulations, maritime standards, and safety procedures.
Collaborate with Operations, Chartering, and Customer Service to deliver high-quality service.
