Zusammenfassung

DSV – Global transport and logistics in Meyrin is seeking a Freight Forwarder for Sea Freight to act as a proactive interface between internal and external service providers. You will help maintain up-to-date tariffs and autoposting-costing to reduce manual effort and ensure accuracy.

You will own order handling, support invoicing, and be the liaison for dispute management while maintaining customer satisfaction. Fluency in English and French is required; German is an asset.

Qualifikationen

• Commercial apprenticeship in logistics and international transport.
• Fluent in English and French; German is an asset.
• Experience in sea freight and an international environment.
• Proficient with MS Office, SAP, CW1.

Aufgaben

• Posting and approving vendor invoices in Webcost or CW1.
• Ensure correct calculation of gross profit.
• Support operations for customer invoicing.
• Act as point of contact for dispute management (internal billing).
• Maintain tariffs and rates for key accounts in autoposting-costing.
• Support local rate maintenance.
• Address CW1 autorating issues and escalate as needed.
• Correct wrong internal billings.
• Initiate reposting.
