Qualifications

• Sautéing ingredients to order and preparing stews or hot hors d'oeuvres.
• Quality control: taste, adjust flavor, texture and temperature to complement entrees.
• Mise en place: organize all ingredients for the sauce station before service.
• Kitchen coordination: communicate timing with line chefs to ensure sauces plated hot and on schedule.
• Strict cleanliness and food safety at the workstation.
