Mountain Restaurant Morenia in Saas-Fee is seeking a Cook for day operation in the ski area. You will work in a motivated team, handle mise en place, prepare and serve lunch, and uphold hygiene and service standards.

Cook DAY OPERATION

Establishment:

The mountain restaurant Morenia is located in the middle of the Saas-Fee ski area and is the meeting point for many skiers for lunch. In the large free-flow (self-service), guests find Asian and pasta dishes up to the grill, everything the heart desires. Also, the salad and dessert buffet lives up to its name. A large selection of drinks rounds off the range.

Position:

As a cook, you are the heart of the establishment. You work in a motivated team and are responsible for a smooth process and operation in the kitchen area. Daily mise en place as well as preparation and serving of lunch are among your core tasks.
