Job summary

Conexus is seeking an experienced SAP Services Manager to lead service delivery across SAP SD, Logistics and end-to-end Order-to-Cash in a complex, international setting. Based in Switzerland (Bern Zurich), you will manage and develop SAP teams, collaborate with CRM, Finance and Supply Chain, and drive S/4HANA transformations while ensuring governance and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in SAP service management or delivery leadership.
• Strong SAP SD and Logistics knowledge, incl. MM and end-to-end Order-to-Cash.
• Experience overseeing SAP services in complex enterprise environments.
• Broad understanding of SAP connections with CRM, Finance and Supply Chain.
• Experience managing SAP teams, third-party providers and delivery partners.
• Exposure to SAP S/4HANA transformation programmes.
• Strong stakeholder management bridging business and delivery.
• Experience with governance, service improvement and performance management.

Responsibilities

• Lead SAP service delivery ensuring high-quality support, operational stability and continuous improvement.
• Manage, develop and mentor SAP teams, fostering collaboration, accountability and technical excellence.
• Oversee SAP SD, MM and Logistics capabilities, with a strong focus on end-to-end Order-to-Cash processes.
• Coordinate SAP services across business functions, ensuring effective integration between CRM/Salesforce, Finance, Supply Chain and ERP.
• Support SAP strategy, roadmap development and the evolution of the organisation's SAP landscape.
• Drive S/4HANA transformation initiatives, including SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition, where applicable.
• Ensure effective governance across SAP delivery, change management, testing, migration, cutover and go-live activities.
• Manage relationships with external implementation partners, service providers and internal stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to optimise processes, improve service performance and maximise the value of SAP solutions.
• Work closely with business leaders to align SAP services with operational requirements and wider business objectives.
