Job summary

ConexusDX Part of the Recolution Group in Switzerland is seeking an experienced SAP Services Manager to lead SAP service delivery, guide a team of SAP professionals and drive the ongoing development of the SAP landscape within a complex international organisation.

The role focuses on SAP service management, team leadership and hands-on SAP delivery oversight, with emphasis on SAP SD, Logistics, and end-to-end Order-to-Cash processes, including integration with CRM, Finance and Supply Chain.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in SAP service management and delivery leadership.
• Strong understanding of SAP SD and Logistics, including MM and end-to-end Order-to-Cash.
• Experience overseeing SAP services in complex international environments.

SAP Services Manager

We are looking for an experienced SAP Services Manager to lead SAP service delivery, oversee a team of SAP professionals and drive the ongoing development of the SAP landscape within a complex international organisation.

This role combines SAP service management, team leadership and hands‑on SAP delivery oversight, with a particular focus on SAP SD, Logistics and end-to-end Order-to-Cash processes. The successful candidate will bring a broad understanding of how SAP integrates across CRM, Finance and Supply Chain, alongside experience supporting S/4HANA transformation and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead SAP service delivery, ensuring high-quality support, operational stability and continuous improvement across the SAP landscape.

• Manage, develop and mentor SAP teams, fostering collaboration, accountability and technical excellence.

• Oversee SAP SD, MM and Logistics capabilities, with a strong focus on end-to-end Order-to-Cash processes.

• Coordinate SAP services across business functions, ensuring effective integration between CRM/Salesforce, Finance, Supply Chain and ERP.

• Support SAP strategy, roadmap development and the evolution of the organisation's SAP landscape.

• Drive S/4HANA transformation initiatives, including SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition, where applicable.

• Ensure effective governance across SAP delivery, change management, testing, migration, cutover and go-live activities.

• Manage relationships with external implementation partners, service providers and internal stakeholders.

• Identify opportunities to optimise processes, improve service performance and maximise the value of SAP solutions.

• Work closely with business leaders to align SAP services with operational requirements and wider business objectives.

Required Experience

• Proven experience in SAP service management, SAP delivery leadership or a similar managerial role.

• Strong understanding of SAP SD and Logistics, ideally including MM and end-to-end Order-to-Cash processes.

• Experience overseeing SAP services across complex, integrated enterprise environments.

• Broad understanding of how SAP connects with CRM, Finance and Supply Chain processes.

• Experience managing or leading SAP teams, third‑party providers and delivery partners.

• Exposure to SAP S/4HANA transformation programmes and associated delivery activities.

• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to bridge business requirements and technical delivery.

• Experience with SAP governance, service improvement and operational performance management.

Highly Desirable

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition.

• Exposure to Salesforce or wider CRM integration with SAP.

• Understanding of clean‑core principles and modern SAP architecture.

• Experience supporting global SAP landscapes within complex international organisations.

• Experience overseeing testing, data migration, cutover and go-live activities.
