Job summary

ConexusDX Part of the Recolution Group in Switzerland is seeking an experienced SAP Services Manager to lead SAP service delivery, guide a team of SAP professionals and drive the ongoing development of the SAP landscape within a complex international organisation.

The role focuses on SAP service management, team leadership and hands-on SAP delivery oversight, with emphasis on SAP SD, Logistics, and end-to-end Order-to-Cash processes, including integration with CRM, Finance and Supply Chain.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in SAP service management and delivery leadership.
• Strong understanding of SAP SD and Logistics, including MM and end-to-end Order-to-Cash.
• Experience overseeing SAP services in complex international environments.
• Exposure to SAP S/4HANA transformation programmes and related delivery activities.

Responsibilities

• Lead SAP service delivery, ensuring high-quality support, operational stability and continuous improvement across the SAP landscape.
• Develop and mentor SAP teams, fostering collaboration and technical excellence.
• Oversee SAP SD, MM and Logistics capabilities with focus on end-to-end Order-to-Cash processes.
• Coordinate SAP services across CRM/Salesforce, Finance, Supply Chain and ERP.
