Job summary

Viking is seeking a Functional HRIS Payroll Analyst in Basel to bridge Payroll Operations and HR systems, with a strong focus on SAP ECP and Employee Central Payroll. You will support data validation, reporting, testing, and process improvements in a dynamic international payroll environment.

The role requires 5+ years in payroll/HRIS, knowledge of multinational payroll processes, and collaboration with IT, HR, and external providers to deliver accurate, compliant payroll delivery.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Payroll, HRIS, SAP ECP or related payroll systems.
• Strong end-to-end payroll operations knowledge and data controls.
• Ability to translate payroll needs into system enhancements and reports.
• Collaborates with IT, HR, and external providers on solutions.

Responsibilities

• Act as the bridge between Payroll Operations and HR systems focusing on SAP ECP and Employee Central Payroll.
• Lead payroll testing, change management, and release readiness.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and KPI monitoring for payroll management.
• Strengthen payroll data integrity through validation and reconciliation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to drive system enhancements.
