Zusammenfassung

Axpo Group is seeking an experienced SAP Payroll and Time Management consultant to support its HR modernization as part of a broader digital transformation. The role focuses on implementing, configuring, and maintaining SAP payroll and time systems within a Swiss context.

You will work closely with stakeholders, manage end-to-end payroll projects, and help establish a robust support model post-implementation. Strong German and English communication will be essential.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field.
• At least 6 years of experience as an SAP Payroll and Time Management Consultant or similar role.
• Deep knowledge of SAP HCM Payroll and Time Management modules, including customizing tables, features, schemas and PCRs, functions, transactions and reporting.
• Proficiency in SAP Payroll configuration tools such as PCC, Wage Types, and PCR.
• Strong understanding of payroll processes, tax regulations, and compliance.
• Experience managing end-to-end SAP Payroll and Time Management projects.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with stakeholders at all levels.
• SAP certification in Payroll and Time Management modules is preferred.
• Familiarity with SAP ERP or SuccessFactors is a plus.
• Knowledge of ABAP programming and debugging is desirable but not essential.

Aufgaben

• Hands-On configuration of SAP S/4HANA HCM Payroll and Time Management modules.
• Work with stakeholders to define requirements and manage payroll and time management processes in the system.
• Conduct system testing, troubleshoot issues, and recommend solutions or enhancements.
• Oversee the project’s transition into operational mode and contribute to setting up a support model for ongoing service.
• Perform RCA and analysis and deliver 2nd level support as part of the business operations.
• Provide end-user training and support during and after implementation.
• Stay updated on SAP Payroll and Time Management features, new releases, and best practices.
• Implement SAP OSS notes and system updates.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate SAP Payroll and Time Management with other modules such as finance.
• Participate in related projects, including system upgrades, integrations, enhancements, and migrations.
