Job summary

ELCA is seeking an HR Compensation & Benefits and Payroll Specialist to manage day-to-day compensation, benefits and wellness programs across EMEA, aligned to our growth strategy. The role requires initiative, strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced, international environment.

You will support Swiss payroll, design benefits offerings, contribute to the annual salary review, and help implement HRIS tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field; Brevet federal is a plus.
• 8+ years of relevant experience in Swiss compensation and benefits.
• Experience across multiple European countries is a plus.
• Experience with compensation analysis and payments.

Responsibilities

• Develop a consistent rewards philosophy aligned with culture and objectives.
• Prepare candidate salary and benefits packages and assess pay equity.
• Assist with the global Annual Salary Review.
• Develop ELCA’s benefits policy and EMEA initiatives.
• Support Swiss payroll and related administration, including year-end and taxes.
• Support audits and HR reporting.
• Consolidate compensation and personnel data for reports and KPIs.
• Contribute to HRIS enhancements and annual salary review tooling.
• Monitor compensation, benefits and payroll trends and best practices.
• Participate in HR projects across compensation, payroll and processes.
