Job summary

ELCA Informatique SA in Switzerland seeks an HR Compensation & Benefits and Payroll Specialist to manage day-to-day compensation, benefits and wellness programs across EMEA, aligned with growth strategy. You will lead salary reviews, benefit policy design, Swiss payroll, HR reporting and HRIS improvements, working in a fast-paced, matrix environment and collaborating with French and English speakers.

The role requires a Bachelor in HR, 8+ years of experience, and proven Swiss compensation

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field; HR Brevet federal is an advantage.
• At least 8 years of relevant work experience in compensation & benefits and payroll.
• Experience in Swiss compensation & benefits; experience in other European countries is a plus.
• Familiar with HRIS systems; implementation experience is a plus.
• Strong quantitative/analytical skills; ability to lead projects in a matrix environment.
• Excellent communication in French and English (German a plus).

Responsibilities

• Support development of a consistent rewards philosophy.
• Prepare candidate salary and benefits packages and assess pay equity.
• Assist with the global Annual Salary Review.
• Develop and implement EMEA benefits and wellness initiatives.
• Manage Swiss payroll and related administration and year-end processes.
• Support audits and HR reports.
• Consolidate compensation data for HR reports and KPIs.
• Contribute to HRIS development and testing.
• Monitor compensation/benefits trends and best practices.
• Participate in HR projects related to compensation, payroll, and processes.
