AstraZeneca plc is seeking a Salesforce Platform & Engagement Manager in Switzerland to lead local ownership of the customer engagement platform. You will orchestrate the migration from Veeva CRM to Salesforce, design processes, manage releases and drive adoption, change management and training across commercial and medical functions.

- Strong hands-on Salesforce platform expertise within a commercial or medical setting.
- Experience migrating from Veeva CRM to Salesforce CRM and managing change.
- Proven business analysis and requirements gathering with user stories.

- Own local Salesforce platform ownership for customer engagement.
- Lead migration from Veeva CRM to Salesforce and oversee adoption.
- Define and improve engagement processes and user experience.
- Lead training, change management and rollout readiness.
