Pilatus Aircraft Ltd in Stans, Switzerland, is seeking a Sales Manager Business Aviation to drive PC-24 and PC-12 sales to direct customers and our Sales Centers, while building strong relationships across the region.

You will lead product demonstrations, identify fresh sales opportunities, negotiate purchase agreements, and shape local sales and marketing activities; fluency in German, English, French and Italian is required, with travel and flexible schedules expected.

Qualifikationen

• Basic commercial training and FH level or similar.
• Experience in Business Aviation.
• Pilot license with commercial operation experience.
• Sales experience and interaction with customers.
• Fluent in German, English, French and Italian; other languages are a plus.
• Flexible with schedules and travel requirements.
• Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills.

Aufgaben

• Sales to direct customers and our Sales Centers for PC-24 and PC-12.

• Identify new PC-24/PC-12 sales opportunities within the defined region.

Your Tasks

• Responsible for PC-24 and PC-12 sales to direct customers and our Sales Centers
• Relationship management of existing customers and Sales Centers
• Identification of new PC-24 and PC-12 sales opportunities within defined region
• Definition and execution of relevant sales and marketing activities
• Negotiation of purchase agreements including controlling of fulfillment of conditions
• Planning and execution of product demonstrations

With this you convince us

• Basic commercial training and a higher education on FH level or similar
• Experience in Business Aviation and flair for technical background
• A pilot license with a commercial operation experience is required (candidates which lost their license due to medical issues are welcome to apply)
• Sales experience and appropriate interaction with customers
• Ability to communicate effectively in German, English, French and Italian; other languages are an advantage
• Enjoy working in a very demanding environment and be flexible with regards to working schedules and travel requirements
• Excellent communication skills (verbal, written & presentation)
