Pilatus Flugzeugwerke AG in Stans, Switzerland, seeks a Sales Manager Business Aviation to lead PC-24 and PC-12 sales to direct customers and our Centers, manage relationships, and drive regional opportunities.

The ideal candidate has commercial training or FH-level education, experience in Business Aviation, a pilot license with commercial operation, fluent English and French (Italian a plus), and willingness to travel in a demanding environment.

Qualifikationen

• Commercial training and a higher education on FH level or similar.
• Experience in Business Aviation and flair for technical background.
• A pilot license with a commercial operation experience is required (candidates which lost their license due to medical issues are welcome to apply).
• Experience and appropriate interaction with customers.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, French and Italian; other languages are an advantage.
• Enjoy working in a very demanding environment and be flexible with regards to working schedules and travel requirements.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal, written & presentation).

Aufgaben

• Responsible for PC-24 and PC-12 sales to direct customers and our Centers.
• Relationship management of existing customers and Centers.
• Identification of new PC-24 and PC-12 sales opportunities within defined region.
• Definition and execution of relevant sales and marketing activities.
• Negotiation of purchase agreements including controlling of fulfillment of conditions.
• Planning and execution of product demonstrations.
