Job summary

EM Microelectronic seeks a visionary Business Unit Leader to define and drive the RFID Business Unit strategy, growth, and profitability. You will own P&L, steer product roadmap, and build high-impact relationships with customers, partners, and industry bodies while leading RFID engineering and cross-functional teams.

The role requires a deep RFID market understanding, strategic leadership, and a track record of profitable growth in a matrix organization.

Qualifications

Minimum 10 years of experience in semiconductor, RFID, connectivity, or related markets.
Proven track record in business unit management, product management, marketing, or business development.
Demonstrated success in driving profitable growth and leading cross-functional teams.
Deep understanding of RFID technologies, applications, and market dynamics.

Responsibilities

Own full P&L responsibility of the RFID Business Unit.
Define and execute the RFID BU strategy with growth, profitability, and market leadership.
Define and manage budgets, forecasts, and investment priorities.
Drive product roadmap, portfolio management, and new product introductions.
Build strategic relationships with customers, partners, and industry stakeholders.
Drive business development and ecosystem partnerships with Sales.
Monitor market trends and identify new opportunities.
Lead RFID BU organization including product management and RFID engineering.
Define KPIs/OKRs and foster a performance-driven culture.
Foster innovation, accountability, collaboration, and execution excellence.
