Jobgether partners with a company seeking a Weekend Localization & Interpreting Project Manager based in Switzerland. The role is fully remote in an international environment, coordinating a global network of freelance translators and interpreters from planning through delivery.

Qualifications

• Background in project management, localization, interpreting, or customer service.
• Knowledge of localization and interpreting processes within a PM environment.
• Practical knowledge of CAT tools such as Smartcat and memoQ.
• Experience using translation management systems such as Trados.
• University degree in Business Administration, Translation, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the complete project lifecycle from initiation to delivery.
• Coordinate all project phases, estimate resource requirements, and set deadlines.
• Manage budgets, timelines, and quality standards.
• Negotiate deadlines and rates with freelancers.
• Perform quality checks throughout the lifecycle.
