what. AG is a Zurich-based digital consultancy seeking a capable project lead to turn client goals into clear plans and orchestrate cross-functional teams.

You will own end-to-end website projects, primarily using WordPress and Payload, and work from a remote/hybrid setup with flexibility to grow hours toward a full-time role. You will coordinate designers, developers, marketers and analytics specialists, ensuring scope, timelines and budgets are well managed while delivering measurable business

Qualifications

• Experience delivering large website projects with budgets from €20k–€30k and larger.
• Own projects end to end with minimal supervision and clear prioritisation.
• Strong control of scope, budgets and timelines with risk management.

Responsibilities

• Lead large website projects from discovery through launch and follow-up.
• Be the main client contact; keep decisions moving and manage expectations.
• Coordinate designers, developers, marketers and analytics specialists to fit work together.
• Advise on CMS capabilities and content architecture for WordPress and Payload.
• Turn business goals and user needs into clear briefs, timelines and deliverables.
• Manage budgets, scope and risks; raise issues early and resolve with the team and client.
• Oversee testing and launch; use analytics and feedback for improvements.
