Job summary

Jobgether is partnering with a Swiss client to hire a Web3 Business Development professional based in Switzerland. This fully remote role focuses on identifying Web3 projects, engaging founders and CTOs, and building strategic partnerships in DeFi, infrastructure, and exchanges.

You will manage the full BD cycle from outreach to negotiations and closing, collaborating with an international team of security experts to grow the organization’s market presence. Fluent English is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in business development, sales, or strategic partnerships.
• Proven ability to identify opportunities and close deals.
• Strong communication and relationship-building with founders and executives.

Responsibilities

• Identify, research, and approach new Web3 business opportunities.
• Build relationships with founders, CTOs, and security leads.
• Manage BD cycle from outreach to closing signed contracts.
• Develop partnerships with Web3 projects, VCs, launchpads, and ecosystems.
• Monitor market developments and communicate insights to teams.
