Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Full-Stack Engineer (Web3-DeFi) to join a fully remote team based in Switzerland. You will own core product features from day one, building seamless DeFi experiences and integrating with protocols, DEXs, and cross-chain bridges.

You’ll collaborate directly with the founding team, shaping architecture and product strategy while delivering secure, scalable code and high-performance interfaces.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of hands-on crypto/Web3 development, including DeFi protocols
• Strong proficiency with Next.js, React and TailwindCSS
• Backend experience with Node.js and TypeScript; PostgreSQL and Redis
• Experience integrating crypto APIs, DeFi protocols, and third-party aggregators
• Excellent communication skills for remote collaboration
• Startup mindset with self-direction and fast delivery
• High curiosity, analytical thinking and problem solving
• Nice to have: ERC-7702 account abstraction wallets
• Nice to have: Deep understanding of DEX/AMM mechanics, cross-chain bridges, liquidity management

Responsibilities

• Lead full-stack development from concept to implementation.
• Architect integrations with DeFi protocols, DEX aggregators, cross-chain bridges, data providers.
• Develop polished UI with Next.js, React and TailwindCSS.
• Build scalable backend services using Node.js, TypeScript, PostgreSQL, Redis, WebSockets.
• Identify technical challenges and drive execution.
• Collaborate with the founding team on technical direction and product strategy.
• Contribute to product quality, security, and performance.
