Job summary

Jobgether SRL is seeking a Mid/Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist based in Switzerland to identify, attract, and hire top technology talent across global markets. The role blends hands-on sourcing with process improvements and AI-powered tools, operating in a remote, high-trust environment with an international tech team.

You will partner with founders and leaders, manage candidate experience, conduct structured interviews, and build long-term pipelines.

Qualifications

3+ years of recruitment experience, including 2+ years in tech recruitment.
Experience in startup/scale-up environments with fast growth.
Global sourcing across Europe, US, and LATAM.
Hands-on familiarity with ATS and modern recruitment tools.
Strong communication, fluent English, ownership mindset.

Responsibilities

Identify, map, engage, and attract tech candidates globally.
Leverage AI tools and platforms for efficient sourcing.
Build long-term candidate pipelines for future hiring needs.
Own the candidate journey from contact to offer, ensuring a positive experience.
Conduct structured interviews assessing technical and cultural fit.
Partner with founders and leaders to streamline recruiting workflows.
Strengthen employer branding to attract AI and tech talent.
Experiment with new sourcing methods and recruitment tech.
