Phantom is seeking an accomplished Data Scientist to shape consumer products through rigorous analysis, experimentation, and reliable data. You will partner with Product, Engineering, Design, and Growth to understand user behavior and guide product decisions.

You will design AB tests, maintain product metrics, and build scalable datasets using SQL/dbt; leverage Python for analysis and automate workflows. Expect a fully remote environment and strong growth opportunities.

Formación

• 7+ years in data science, product analytics, or related field with influence on product decisions.
• Statistics basics: probability, inference, bias, confounding.
• Experience designing and analyzing A/B tests with metric definitions and power checks.
• Advanced SQL and Python for data exploration and analysis.
• Familiarity with modern data platforms and orchestration tools like Dagster.
• Hands-on AI coding tools in workflow with code validation.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze user journeys and metrics to identify product improvements.
• Design and evaluate A/B tests with clear hypotheses and success criteria.
• Define and maintain product metrics; improve instrumentation and data quality.
• Build analytical datasets and dbt models; collaborate on ETL pipelines.

• Incorporate AI coding tools to accelerate development while ensuring quality.
