Zusammenfassung

TetraScience, Inc. is seeking a product-minded engineer to industrialize Scientific AI and work closely with scientists, customers, and engineers in a hybrid setup. You will design data models, develop Python parsers, and integrate with ELN/LIMS to accelerate AI-enabled scientific workflows.

You will collaborate with product teams to shape the roadmap, prototyping scalable solutions and delivering demos to customer stakeholders while learning new AWS services and bio/pharma data tools.

Qualifikationen

• PhD with +4 years or Masters +8 years in life sciences and domain knowledge in drug discovery or related areas.
• Proven track record of defining and prototyping AI/ML use cases in cloud environments.
• Experience collaborating with scientists, product managers, and engineers.

Aufgaben

• Be a critical team member to industrialize Scientific AI and engage with customers onsite in Frankfurt Region a couple days per week.
• Design and implement extensible data models for scientific data use cases, ensuring scalability.
• Translate scientific workflows into robust solutions using the Tetra Data Platform.
• Prototype and deploy data models, Python parsers, and lab software integrations via APIs.
• Develop data visualization and apps in Python (Streamlit, Plotly).
• Collaborate with SBAs, customer scientists, and AI engineers to deploy ML/AI models.
• Learn new technologies rapidly to advance customer solutions and roadmap.
