This fully remote, full‑time freelance role involves end‑to‑end delivery, cross‑functional collaboration, and presenting insights to stakeholders.

You will query databases, run experiments, develop predictive models, and translate results into concrete product and marketing actions across Europe. Strong analytics mindset required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in data science or analytics.
• Strong Python and SQL for data manipulation and modeling.
• Experience consolidating diverse data sources into reliable datasets.
• Design of experiments and causal inference methods.
• Practical ML experience (classification, regression, segmentation) and model evaluation.
• Experience with product analytics tools and dashboarding.
• Ability to translate results into measurable business outcomes.
• Proactive, autonomous end-to-end delivery.

Responsibilities

• Consolidate data from product, marketing, CRM, and transactional systems into reliable datasets.
• Analyze product analytics to measure feature usage, journeys, and retention.
• Design and run experiments to validate hypotheses and measure impact.
• Build ML models for revenue optimization, churn prediction, segmentation, and forecasting.
• Analyze marketing performance for acquisition, LTV, and ROI.
• Translate analysis into actionable product changes and experiments.
• Report results with dashboards and concise data storytelling for stakeholders.
• Work cross-functionally to standardize metrics and KPIs.
• Maintain data quality with ETL checks and remediation.
