Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Data Scientist - AI & Experimentation to drive data-driven decisions for a healthcare recruitment platform. The role involves building predictive models, enhancing AI features, and running experiments that influence product strategy and business outcomes.

You will work on LLM-powered applications, RAG systems, A/B tests, and marketing analytics, collaborating with product, engineering, and marketing to turn findings into measurable impact.

Qualifications

• Strong statistical foundations with practical ML experience.
• Experience applying data science to real-world business problems.
• Hands-on ML deployment and AI solutions from concept to production.
• Experience with LLMs and RAG systems in production or near-production environments.
• Familiarity with A/B testing and experimental design.

Responsibilities

• Lead data science initiatives from problem definition to deployment and monitoring.
• Develop, validate, and deploy predictive models for pricing and matching.
• Build and improve LLM-powered features including RAG pipelines.
• Design prompt engineering and evaluation workflows for AI outputs.
• Translate business questions into testable hypotheses and conduct experiments.
• Analyze funnels and journeys to improve healthcare job matching.
• Collaborate with marketing to optimize campaigns and attribution.
• Define KPIs and build dashboards with monitoring systems (e.g., AWS QuickSight).
• Track model performance and business impact post-deployment.
• Document work and manage tasks using Jira.
