A-Players is building a new AI product in the mental health and mindfulness space and seeks a Data & Marketing Analyst who will own the analytics stack from day one. You will set up tracking, attribution, and dashboards with the performance team, ensuring data trust from the start.

You will work with a 10+ person data team and modern tools like BigQuery, dbt, Tableau, GA4, GTM, and Python. This role requires strong SQL, Python skills, and a hands-on approach to analytics on a fast-moving

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years as Data/Web/Marketing Analyst for web subscription or e-commerce products.
• Strong web analytics expertise: funnels, attribution, tracking logic, performance measurement.
• Experience with performance marketing data and raw/processed data from FB/Google/TikTok ads.

Aufgaben

• Build web tracking foundation: GA4 and GTM setup client- and server-side.
• Implement server-side conversions for paid channels (Meta CAPI, Google Enhanced Conversions, TikTok Events API).
• Develop and maintain a web attribution model linking spend to revenue; deliver LTV/CAC analyses.
