LayerCake, a Blue Alliance MSP, is seeking a Client Support Coordinator to balance real-time ticket routing, SLA adherence, and client communication in a remote-first environment.

You will triage requests, dispatch to analysts, and monitor queue health while maintaining high-touch customer service in high-volume settings. Prior MSP or PSA/RMM familiarity is a plus; strong interpersonal skills are essential.
