Zusammenfassung

Avaloq Group is seeking a client-facing team member to support Sales with offers, billing, and reporting in a hybrid work setting. You will coordinate invoicing, maintain client records, and assist with presentations and client meetings to drive revenue opportunities.

The role requires 2+ years in a support/operations or accounts role, strong MS Office skills, and excellent communication across diverse stakeholders. A collaborative, flexible work environment is offered.

Qualifikationen

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong multitasking ability in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across all levels and with external stakeholders.

Aufgaben

• Support the Sales team in preparing and processing offers in line with internal standards and procedures.
• Act as the main point of contact for clients and Account Managers on financial and billing matters, providing supporting documentation as required.
• Maintain accurate records of clients’ annual recurring fees and ensure timely invoicing of all contracted projects and services.
• Coordinate client and partner invoicing activities with Finance and Accounts Receivable teams.
• Assist the Sales team in preparing presentations, documentation, client meetings, events, and related follow-up activities.
• Ensure data integrity in management reporting systems and prepare reports/presentations for stakeholders.
• Manage team documentation and administrative records.
• Support onboarding, induction, and training of new team members.
