Job summary

Jobgether SRL is seeking a dedicated Customer Support Specialist to manage patient onboarding, telehealth scheduling, and kit logistics from a remote setting.

You will handle a high-volume caseload with a focus on clear communication, accurate documentation, and HIPAA-compliant processes to ensure a smooth patient journey. This is a full-time remote role with ongoing training and community support.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year in customer or patient support or related environment.
• Experience de-escalating challenging interactions including cancellations, refunds, or billing issues.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills for high-volume caseloads.
• Excellent written English and neutral spoken English for multi-channel communication.
• Strong attention to detail and disciplined documentation habits.
• Empathetic, patient-first communication style under pressure.
• Ability to work independently while coordinating with multiple internal teams.
• Familiarity with HIPAA requirements preferred.
• High school diploma; bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own onboarding journey from purchase to telehealth scheduling and kit delivery.
• Manage a caseload of 100+ patients across onboarding stages.
• Respond to patient inquiries via phone, SMS, and email within SLAs.
• Coordinate with insurance, clinical, sales, and manufacturing teams for issue resolution.
• Guide patients through impression kit completion and return.
• Handle cancellations, refunds, and billing concerns with empathy.
• Route medical questions to appropriate clinical team.
• Document all patient interactions in Salesforce.
• Protect patient privacy per HIPAA requirements.
• Identify recurring feedback and share insights with leadership.
• Deliver contracted services following timelines, guidelines, and deliverables.
