Job summary

ENLIX is seeking a Creative Strategist & Creator who owns the strategy behind paid social ads and creates them in-house. You will identify market gaps competitors miss and scale client brands profitably, primarily on Meta platforms (Facebook/Instagram). The role is fully remote and async-first.

You will map awareness levels, build testing roadmaps, and run full-funnel audits to identify gaps in creative, offers, or landing pages. Reporting focuses on revenue impact with measurable metrics.

Qualifications

• Creative design for paid at scale across cross-channel campaigns.
• Ability to design static and video ads for full funnel (awareness to conversion).
• Experience mapping awareness, desires, personas and building testing roadmaps.

Responsibilities

• Own creative strategy across clients’ paid social and create creatives (Meta ads).
• Produce static image ads, carousels and video ads for full funnel.
• Map client awareness levels and build testing roadmaps.
• Own outcomes with a data-driven hypothesis and execute creative design.
• Run full-funnel data audits and fill gaps with converting creatives.
• Report tangible revenue impact and tie tests to metrics (hook rate, CTR, ROAS).
