Job summary

The Content Engine is seeking a Social Media Associate to manage and improve how we publish content on clients’ social channels. You will interpret engagement data, track algorithm changes, and provide feedback to editorial managers.

The role requires strong storytelling and depth of knowledge on LinkedIn, with close collaboration to editors, data and strategy teams. This is a remote, part-time role (60-80%) with a Geneva-origin company, offering competitive pay, profit share, and 25 days of

Qualifications

• Solid social media management experience.
• Thrives in a fast-paced, remote environment.
• Attention to detail and ability to juggle deadlines.
• Fluent in English; additional languages a plus.
• Degree or postgraduate qualification in digital media, journalism, communications desirable.

Responsibilities

• Participate in editorial meetings with clients and review analytics.
• Manage the social media workflow for designated clients.
• Communicate client expectations clearly to the internal team.
• Write or brief internal and freelance writers for social copy.
• Collaborate with designers and video producers for social content.
• Review/edit content to meet client needs with oversight.
• Ensure content is approved for publishing promptly, handling amendments.
• Analyze client analytics and use data to improve content performance.
• Keep the editorial team updated on the latest social trends.
