Job summary

Aequitec Ltd. is seeking a legal operator intern to support corporate law and action processing. The role focuses on onboarding customers, gathering requirements, and translating client data into the software suite.

You will work remotely with occasional visits to the Zurich area for workshops and customer meetings. The program offers potential to convert to a working student role and to write a bachelor’s or master’s thesis with us.

Qualifications

• Currently studying for a degree in Swiss/EU Law.
• Demonstrates ownership, ambition and pro bono or voluntary work.
• Strong interest in finance, legal tech and corporate governance.

Responsibilities

• Participate in onboarding calls with founders and CEO for client setup.
• Collect structured customer requirements for product development.
• Translate unstructured client data into our software suite.
• Support AGMs on the client's side.
• Engage with clients remotely, with visits to Zurich for workshops.
