LEXR is recruiting a Traineeship for Bar Exam Candidates – Corporate, with locations in Lausanne, Zurich, and St. Gallen. The role supports corporate matters, M&A, and blockchain projects, blending legal work with practical business outcomes.

We seek MLaw graduates fluent in French and English, with an openness to German a plus. The program offers hybrid work, remote flexibility, and a fast‑growing team environment across Switzerland.

Qualifikationen

• Drive legal operations by handling and tracking corporate housekeeping processes.
• Work directly with clients to ensure smooth execution of ongoing matters and proactive day-to-day coordination.
• Collaborate with legal experts across Switzerland, including Lausanne, Germany, and the US.
• Contribute to legal tech projects by partnering with product and tech teams.

• Although the traineeship can take place at our Lausanne office, it is recognised as a legal traineeship for the bar exam in the canton of Zurich or St. Gallen.

What You’ll Do

• Support corporate matters, including the preparation, coordination and follow‑through of incorporations, capital increases, mergers and acquisitions and other corporate law processes as well as blockchain & Web3 projects, including the setup of foundations and associations, and token‑related documentation.
• Drive legal operations by handling and tracking corporate housekeeping processes.
• Work directly with clients to ensure smooth execution of ongoing matters and proactive day‑to‑day coordination.
• Collaborate closely with legal experts across all of Switzerland, in particular our Lausanne team, as well as colleagues in Germany and the US.
• Contribute to legal tech projects by partnering with our product and tech team to help automate and digitalize legal workflows.

• Strong interest in venture capital or the startup ecosystem
• Previous work experience in a law firm / with a notary
• Demonstratable capacity for working independently
• Ability to integrate AI tools in your workflow
