Job summary

LEXR is recruiting a Traineeship for Bar Exam Candidates – Corporate, with locations in Lausanne, Zurich, and St. Gallen. The role supports corporate matters, M&A, and blockchain projects, blending legal work with practical business outcomes.

We seek MLaw graduates fluent in French and English, with an openness to German a plus. The program offers hybrid work, remote flexibility, and a fast‑growing team environment across Switzerland.

Qualifications

• Swiss MLaw degree from a Swiss university.
• Full proficiency in French and English; German is a strong plus.
• Strong interest in corporate law and willingness to take ownership.

Responsibilities

• Support corporate matters, including incorporations, capital increases, mergers and acquisitions, and token-related documentation.
• Drive legal operations by handling and tracking corporate housekeeping processes.
• Work directly with clients to ensure smooth execution of ongoing matters and proactive day-to-day coordination.
• Collaborate with legal experts across Switzerland, including Lausanne, Germany, and the US.
• Contribute to legal tech projects by partnering with product and tech teams.
