Job summary

LEXR, a fast-growing Swiss law firm, seeks a Working student St. Gallen (French language) to join on-site. The role is 30-60% with immediate start and ownership of your work.

You will support notarial matters, corporate housekeeping, and client coordination while collaborating across Switzerland, and contribute to legal tech projects. Fluency in French and English is required; German is a plus, and you must be physically present in St.Gallen.

Qualifications

• Full proficiency in French and English; German is a strong plus.
• BLaw/BLE student (3rd semester or higher).
• Strong interest in corporate law.
• Detail-orientation and organizational skills.
• Physical presence in St.Gallen.
• Willingness to take ownership of your work, clients, and projects with the freedom to shape how you deliver value.
• A proactive mindset and curiosity to learn.

Responsibilities

• Support notarial matters, including preparation, coordination and follow-through of notarial certifications (especially incorporations, capital increases and other corporate law processes).
• Drive legal operations by handling and tracking corporate housekeeping processes.
• Work directly with clients to ensure smooth execution of ongoing matters and proactive day-to-day coordination.
• Collaborate closely with legal experts across Switzerland as well as colleagues in Germany and the US.
• Contribute to legal tech projects by partnering with our product and tech team to help automate and digitalize legal workflows.
