Job summary

Lever, Inc. is seeking a Presales Solutions Engineer based in Switzerland to lead end-to-end technical solutions for an enterprise IoT platform. You will bridge pre-sales design with hands-on deployment for global manufacturing, chemical, automotive, and energy sectors.

The role requires 5–10 years in related roles, strong IoT hardware experience, API/MQTT expertise, and the ability to travel up to 50%. Remote work is supported with global collaboration.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience in solutions engineering, presales engineering, or technical customer success.
• Strong hands-on experience with RFID, BLE, GPS, and front-end platform configuration.
• Proficient with APIs, webhooks, MQTT integrations, MDM, SQL and advanced Excel data analysis.
• Experience with Postman, Jira, Salesforce, MSSQL, CAD/visualization tools, and AI tools.
• Excellent customer-facing communication and ability to translate technical concepts for stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% for deployments and client needs.
• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end IoT solutions engineering for enterprise client use cases.
• Translate client needs into clear technical scopes and implementation estimates.
• Configure front-end platforms and perform hands-on testing and deployment with RFID, BLE, GPS hardware.
• Build and optimize data integrations using APIs, webhooks, MQTT and MDM.
• Manage handoffs from pre-sales to deployment and provide ongoing technical support.
• Train non-technical stakeholders on platform features and collaborate with global teams.
