Job summary

Jobgether is seeking an Integration Engineer (French speaker) based in Switzerland for a remote-first role. You will help customers integrate their websites and apps with an AI-powered search platform, guiding onboarding, API integration, and catalog configuration.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting, documenting issues, and collaborating with Customer Success teams to improve integration processes and search relevance across e-commerce sites worldwide.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in customer support or technical support roles.
• Knowledge of REST-based web services, APIs, and integration best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Fluency in French; ability to work with French-speaking customers.

Responsibilities

• Guide e-commerce customers through the integration process.
• Explain REST APIs, web services, and best practices.
• Troubleshoot integration issues with customers and CS teams.
• Assist with product catalog configuration and search optimization.
• Communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Document interactions and recurring issues for knowledge sharing.
• Contribute to integration documentation and onboarding materials.
• Identify recurring challenges and suggest process improvements.
• Support reliable integrations to improve search relevance.
