Job summary

Jobgether in Switzerland is seeking a Founder’s Associate - Product to join a fast-growing tech company. You will work closely with the founders to shape product strategy, translate customer challenges into AI-powered features, and lead product development with cross-functional teams in a remote-first environment.

You will own a product area, engage with Sales and Revenue Operations, and help define KPIs and roadmaps while delivering high-impact features.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and communication skills with interest in product management and AI.
• Experience in fast-paced environments and willingness to own meaningful projects.
• Fluency in English and ability to work with founders and cross-functional teams.
• Experience in a startup, VC, or high-growth context is advantageous.
• Ability to translate customer needs into product opportunities and specs.

Responsibilities

• Take end-to-end ownership of a product area from discovery to launch and iteration.
• Collaborate with Sales and Revenue Operations to understand workflows and Salesforce usage.
• Translate insights into clear opportunities and actionable decisions for the product.
• Define AI-powered features and translate user insights into specs for eng/design.
• Write user stories and acceptance criteria to guide engineering and design teams.
• Coordinate cross-functional execution across teams to deliver quality features.
• Define KPIs, monitor adoption, and evaluate feature performance with data.
• Gather feedback and refine functionality and UX continuously.
• Contribute to product strategy, roadmaps, and quality standards with independence.
