Jobgether is seeking an Integration Engineer (French speaker) based in Switzerland for a remote-first role. You will help customers integrate their websites and apps with an AI-powered search platform, guiding onboarding, API integration, and catalog configuration.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting, documenting issues, and collaborating with Customer Success teams to improve integration processes and search relevance across e-commerce sites worldwide.

Join a remote-first technology team building AI-powered e-commerce search and product discovery solutions for leading global brands. As an Integration Engineer, you will help customers integrate their websites and mobile applications with an advanced search and discovery platform, improving online shopping experiences for millions of users worldwide. You will provide technical guidance throughout customer onboarding, explain API integration best practices, and troubleshoot implementation challenges in collaboration with Customer Success teams. You will also help customers configure product catalogs and optimize search functionality to deliver accurate, relevant results. This role combines technical problem-solving, customer communication, and continuous process improvement in a collaborative international environment. Accountabilities

• Support customer onboarding by understanding technical requirements and guiding e-commerce businesses through the integration process.

• Provide technical guidance on REST APIs, web services, integration best practices, and the use of open-source libraries.

• Troubleshoot technical integration issues in collaboration with customers and Customer Success teams, helping identify root causes and implement effective solutions.

• Assist customers with product catalog configuration, including catalog data uploads, facet configuration, searchable attributes, sort orders, and search result retrieval.

• Serve as a key communication link between customers and internal technical resources, responding promptly to inquiries with clear, practical explanations.

• Explain technical concepts and implementation requirements in a way that is accessible to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Document customer interactions, recurring technical issues, and their resolutions to improve support consistency and knowledge sharing.

• Contribute to the development and refinement of integration documentation, onboarding materials, and troubleshooting guidance.

• Identify recurring challenges and recommend improvements to integration processes and the overall customer experience.

• Support customers in achieving reliable integrations that improve search relevance and product discovery across their e-commerce websites and mobile applications.

Requirements

• Proven experience in customer support or technical support roles.

• Knowledge of REST-based web services, APIs, and integration best practices.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences.

• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to providing high-quality customer support.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to troubleshooting and issue resolution.

• Ability to work collaboratively with customers and cross-functional teams while managing technical inquiries effectively.

• Preferred: Familiarity with structured data formats such as JSON and CSV, as well as basic search and indexing concepts.

• Preferred: Experience with debugging tools, including browser developer tools, API clients such as Postman, and application logs.

• Preferred: Familiarity with A/B testing, client-side and server-side contexts, network request routing, and HTTP.

• Preferred: Experience with open-source libraries, JavaScript web application development, and common integration patterns.

• Strong interest in helping customers navigate technical challenges and improve their implementation outcomes.

• Salary: Competitive base salary ranging from $70,000 to $90,000 USD, depending on knowledge, skills, experience, and interview results.
