Jobgether, a partner company, is seeking an Integration Engineer based in Switzerland to help ecommerce brands connect their sites and apps to an AI-powered search and discovery platform. You will blend troubleshooting, API guidance, and customer support to enable smooth integrations and reliable product experiences.

Working with Customer Success and cross-functional teams, you will optimize catalog configurations, document common issues, and contribute to onboarding processes—and you will do so

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing technical roles.
• Understanding of REST-based web services and APIs.
• Ability to explain technical concepts to varied audiences.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.

Responsabilités

• Guide customers through technical integration processes and connect sites/apps to the platform.
• Provide guidance on REST APIs, integration best practices, and libraries.
• Investigate and resolve integration issues with cross-functional teams.
• Help configure catalog data, facets, attributes, and search results.
• Communicate clearly with customers and stakeholders on technical matters.
• Document interactions, recurring issues, and resolutions; update guides and onboarding docs.
• Identify opportunities to streamline integration workflows and improve support processes.
• Coordinate with internal teams to address complex technical questions.
