JT International AG Dagmersellen seeks a Digital Solutions & AI Manager to lead the delivery of Swiss digital initiatives. You’ll connect global platforms with local needs, own API integrations, and oversee AI-enabled projects across the ecosystem.

You will manage front-end upgrades using Builder.io, drive data delivery for eCommerce, and ensure platform reliability while working with cross-functional teams in a regulated FMCG environment. English fluent; German a plus.

Qualifikationen

• University degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a comparable field.
• Proven experience in web development, digital solution delivery or a related area, ideally with eCommerce exposure.
• Hands-on experience with front-end delivery using Builder.io or similar headless/visual CMS.
• Strong knowledge of databases, SQL, and eCommerce tooling with data activation in CDPs.
• Experience delivering system integrations and platform releases in global or multi-market contexts.
• Fluent in English; German is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Own local system integrations: Design, deliver and maintain API-based integrations between digital platforms and local partners.
• Ensure platform reliability: Monitor integration points and maintain technical/compliance standards.
• Lead Swiss implementation of global front-end upgrades including testing, deployment and stabilization.
• Support local business requirements without disrupting market-specific needs.
• Drive marketing automation and data delivery for eCommerce, segmentation and reporting.
• Manage technical partners and vendors on technical matters.
• Lead end-to-end AI initiative delivery, evaluate technologies, and scale AI use cases.
