Zusammenfassung

Lever, Inc. is seeking an HR Generalist to support a broad range of HR activities across the full employee lifecycle.

You’ll lead recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, benefits, training, and offboarding in a fast-paced, remote-friendly environment. You will manage sensitive information with discretion, maintain accurate records, and identify process improvements to enhance the employee experience.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 2+ years of professional HR experience.
• Hands-on experience supporting recruiting, onboarding, and hiring.
• Experience with employee offboarding and documentation.
• Knowledge of employee relations, performance management, and discipline.
• Familiarity with benefits administration and HR systems.

Aufgaben

• Manage recruiting activities for approved positions including postings and interviews.
• Coordinate onboarding, documentation, and records.
• Serve as primary contact for HR questions and process guidance.
• Support managers with performance and disciplinary matters with proper documentation.
• Coordinate performance reviews and receive related documentation.
• Administer benefits enrollment, changes and inquiries.
• Coordinate training and maintain training records.
• Maintain confidential personnel files and HR forms.
• Ensure policies are applied consistently across the organization.
• Coordinate offboarding, asset returns, access removal and exit interviews.
• Maintain HR checklists, SOPs, and recurring processes.
• Track HR deadlines and compliance-related activities.
• Identify process gaps and propose improvements for efficiency.
• Escalate sensitive matters to leadership when needed.
• Support additional HR initiatives as needs evolve.
