Hilo by Aktiia seeks an Influencer Marketing Manager to build and run its creator partnerships across key European markets. You will identify creators, negotiate terms, and shape content that boosts brand credibility while meeting performance targets.

As a remote-first team member, you’ll work across markets in Europe with occasional travel to events or the Neuchâtel office. Fluency in English is essential; German is a plus, and strong collaboration with marketing and product is expected.

Formación

• At least 2 years of hands-on influencer or creator marketing experience.
• Data-driven mindset: estimate campaign outcomes and turn findings into decisions.
• Strong negotiation skills with creators and their representatives.
• Fluency in English; German is a plus.
• Experience in health tech, wellness, medical devices, or trust-heavy categories is welcome.

Responsabilidades

• Identify, assess, and recruit creators across platforms and markets.
• Develop campaign concepts balancing brand goals with measurable outcomes.
• Forecast reach, engagement, traffic, and acquisition to guide selection and budgets.
• Negotiate fees, deliverables, timelines, and rights for creator content.
• Manage partnerships end to end from briefing to reporting.
• Build long-term relationships with creators and ambassadors to drive awareness.
• Collaborate with paid media to amplify high-performing content across channels.
• Set goals and track brand and performance metrics against estimates.
• Align campaigns with product priorities and approved health claims.
