Hilo by Aktiia is seeking an Influencer Marketing Manager to build and run our influencer program across key markets. You will identify creators, negotiate partnerships, and shape content that strengthens brand credibility. You will apply data to estimate outcomes, measure results, and optimize campaigns.

You will work in a remote-first environment, collaborating with teams across Europe, with occasional travel to events or offices as needed. Fluent English (German a plus) is preferred.

Qualifikationen

• At least 2 years of hands-on influencer or creator marketing experience.
• A data-driven mindset: you can estimate campaign outcomes and turn findings into better decisions.
• Strong negotiation skills and confidence working with creators and their reps.
• Excellent communication, organization, and attention to detail.

• Identify, assess, and recruit creators across relevant platforms and markets.
• Develop campaign concepts that balance brand goals with measurable outcomes.
• Forecast reach, engagement, traffic, and acquisition to guide creator selection and budgets.
• Negotiate fees, deliverables, timelines, and content rights; manage partnerships end to end.
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with creators and brand ambassadors to drive awareness.
