Job summary

Hilo by Aktiia, a remote-first med-tech company, seeks an Influencer Marketing Manager to build and run our influencer program across markets. You’ll identify creators, negotiate partnerships, and shape content for credibility and impact while using data to estimate outcomes and optimize spend.

The role requires fluent English and German, remote work across Europe, and occasional travel to Neuchâtel or events. Applicants must hold a valid visa/work permit for their country of residence.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in influencer/creator marketing, end-to-end partnership management.
• Ability to estimate campaign outcomes and assess performance data.
• Strong judgment on how creator content builds trust and demand.
• Solid negotiation skills with creators and reps.
• Clear communication, organization, and attention to detail.
• English fluency; German is a plus; health-tech or medical devices knowledge is welcome.

Responsibilities

• Identify, assess, and recruit creators across platforms and markets.
• Develop campaigns balancing brand goals with measurable outcomes.
• Forecast reach, engagement, traffic, and acquisition to guide budgets.
• Negotiate fees, deliverables, timelines, and usage rights.
• Manage partnerships end to end from briefing to reporting.
• Build long-term creator relationships to drive awareness and advocacy.
• Collaborate with paid media to amplify top creator content.
• Set goals and track brand and performance metrics against estimates.
• Use data insights to improve creator selection and investment decisions.
• Align campaigns with health claims and cross-functional priorities.
• Create repeatable processes to grow across markets like US, UK, Germany.
