Qualifications

• 2+ years in influencer/creator marketing; end-to-end partnerships.
• Data-driven mindset for estimating outcomes and turning insights into decisions.
• Strong negotiation skills with creators and representatives.
• Excellent communication, organization, and attention to detail.
• Fluency in English; German is a plus.
• Experience in health tech, wellness, medical devices or trust-critical claims helpful.

Responsibilities

• Identify, assess, and recruit creators across platforms and markets.
